Mercedes S klase Coupe na sajmu u Ženevi

Mercedes bi na predstojećem ženevskom auto salonu trebalo da predstavi S klasu Coupe koja bi nedugo zatim trebalo da se nađe na tržištu. Ovaj model je najavljen na prošlogodišnjem frankfurtskom auto salonu sa konceptnim modelom (na slici), a produkcijska verzija se od te studije neće puno razlikovati.
Drugim rečima, naslednik CL klase će biti dugačak oko 5,05 m, širok 1,96 i visok 1,44 m. Glavne razlike u odnosu na studiju će biti na svetlima i spoljašnjim retrovizorima i sl.
Ponuda motora će biti preneta iz S klase, a isto važi i za ponudu menjača, odnosno kupcima će biti dostupni 7G-tronic Plus, a kasnije i novorazvijeni 9G-tronic automatski 9-stepeni prenos.
Dakle, mogu se očekivati S500 i S500 4Matic verzije, dok dolazak dizel verzija za sada navodno nije planiran. Takođe, u ponudi će se nalaziti i S63 AMG sa 4Matic sistemom pogona na sva četiri točka, dok bi 12-cilindrični S65 AMG trebalo da bude dostupan samo sa pogonom na zadnje točkove.
